Postnatal Yoga. I have also completed additional training in Mindfulness and Meditation techniques. My intention in creating Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness was to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals to explore and deepen their yoga practice, while also cultivating self-love and compassion.
At Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness, we believe in the power of yoga to connect body, mind, and spirit. We offer a variety of styles of yoga, including Hatha, vinyasa, restorative, chair, prenatal/postnatal, and yin yoga. Each class or workshop is designed to help students improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
In addition to group classes, we also offer private lessons for those looking for a more individualized practice. Our private lessons are tailored to each person's specific health and wellness goals. We also offer group classes for up to four people, providing a supportive and positive environment for friends or family to practice together.
At Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness, we believe that yoga and meditation can have a profound impact on both physical and mental health.
