These classes combine strength training exercises with high-intensity interval training to maximise your calorie burn and build lean muscle. With a 7-day free trial, you can experience the benefits of these classes from the comfort of your own home before committing to a membership.
If you prefer in-person group fitness classes, Nurtured PT also offers Body Tone Full Body Low Impact Strength classes at Didsbury Parsonage. These classes are designed for individuals of all fitness levels and provide a full-body workout without high-impact exercises. Jess, the head of Nurtured PT, is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Kettlebell training, Padwork training, Pre & Post Natal Fitness, and Senior Fitness. Her passion for health and fitness started during a yoga class seven years ago, where she witnessed the positive impact that physical activity can have on mental and physical well-being. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping clients of all backgrounds and abilities improve their strength, flexibility, and overall health.
Katie, the assistant trainer for Nurtured PT, is a dedicated tennis player and fitness enthusiast. Inspired by a rewarding leadership role in an exercise class, she embarked on a journey to become a Personal Trainer. With experience teaching classes at a Neurological Physiotherapy clinic and coaching tennis, Katie is committed to helping clients reach their full potential and make fitness a part of their lifestyle.
