As an accredited 500hr yoga teacher, Sandra's aim is to make the physical and mental benefits of yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of flexibility, fitness, or mobility.
At Nourish Yoga, Sandra promotes a mindful and welcoming environment where students can explore yoga sequences suitable for all levels of experience. Emphasising the importance of breath, her classes incorporate various physical poses, meditation, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and tension in both the body and mind. Nourish Yoga offers a variety of classes to cater to different needs. From slow flow yoga, which focuses on connecting breath with movement, to deep restorative yoga and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) for ultimate relaxation. Sandra also specialises in well woman yoga, menopause yoga, and yoga for wellbeing. Additionally, she offers teen/youth yoga and personalised 1-2-1 sessions, as well as private small group and corporate yoga classes.
In addition to regular classes, Nourish Yoga hosts events, workshops, and mini retreats to further enhance the yoga experience. Sandra's individual 1-2-1 sessions provide personalised attention to meet individual needs and requirements, allowing students to gain extra knowledge and assistance.
