Chris, the organiser of Norwich Top Judo Club, wants to share a message with the sports community. Located in Norwich, Norfolk, this club is well-known for its focus on Judo. As a member of the British Judo Association, Chris takes pride in the club’s inclusive approach, welcoming everyone regardless of age, background, or ability.
The club’s main aim is to teach and promote Judo in a supportive environment suited for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Whether you’re looking to learn self-defence, get fit, or compete, there’s a programme for you at Norwich Top Judo Club.
Sessions are held at the Heathgate Community Centre, where there’s a fully equipped Dojo that's also available for private hire. Weekly sessions include Senior Sessions on Tuesdays from 8pm to 9:30pm for those aged 16 and above, and Junior Sessions on Thursdays—6pm to 6:45pm for ages 5 to 8, and 7pm to 8pm for ages 8 to 16. There’s also a Saturday Senior Session from 9am to 10:30am.
To join, you can reach out via social media or simply drop by for a session at the Dojo. The instructors, led by Chris, are friendly and ready to help new members start their Judo journey.
