The club boasts over 50 years of combined martial arts experience, with instructors Jenny and Mark having trained with Sigung Bustillo in the international IMB programme for over 15 years. This direct lineage to Bruce Lee through Sigung Bustillo gives the club a unique connexion to the creator of Jeet Kune Do.
The club offers mixed classes, welcoming beginners and martial arts enthusiasts of all levels. With over 30 years of martial arts experience, the black belt instructors are well-equipped to provide high-quality training in multiple styles. The practical nature of Jeet Kune Do makes it an excellent choice for those seeking fitness and self-defence skills.
Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 pm to 9 pm at the Norman Centre on Bignold Rd in Norwich.
