Northumberland Gymnastics Centre (NGC) is the leading gymnastics facility in Cobourg, offering a wide range of programs for all ages and abilities. With over 13,000 square feet of gym space, NGC is the largest gymnastics centre in Northumberland County. Celebrating our 15th year of operation, we are proud to provide top-notch training and facilities for both men's and women's gymnastics.

Our fully equipped facility offers programs such as Trampoline, Seasonal Camps, Sensory Programs, Competitive programs, and more. At NGC, we have NCCP certified coaches who are dedicated to helping each individual reach their full potential. Many of our coaches trained and competed for NGC before becoming coaches, ensuring a high level of expertise and experience.

In addition to our Cobourg location, we have recently opened a second location in Brighton. At our Brighton location, we offer Pre-school and Recreational Programs, as well as some competitive programs. This expansion allows us to reach even more gymnasts in the Northumberland area and provide quality training in a positive and supportive environment.
