Community Care Northumberland is dedicated to providing essential services to the residents of Northumberland County. Established in 1988, our not-for-profit organization offers a range of programs to support seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or injury, and hospice clients and their caregivers. Our mission is to connect our communities to the support, service, and care they need throughout their lifelong journey.

Our organization provides a variety of programs and services, including hospice care and support for those with life-limiting illnesses, transportation services to help individuals get to where they need to be, nutrition programs such as Meals on Wheels and community diners, wellness classes and programs to promote physical fitness and social connections, and in-home services like home help and maintenance. These services are delivered by our qualified staff and dedicated volunteers who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
