North Shore Croquet Club

Welcome to the North Shore Croquet Club! Located at 1 Wairoa Road in Devonport, Auckland, our club is nestled amongst picturesque turn-of-the-century wooden villas, providing a truly lovely location for a game of croquet. Our club boasts four full-sized lawns and clubrooms that have seen a rich and varied history, primarily used by our club members but also available for hire.

Croquet offers a unique combination of physical and mental exercise, as well as the opportunity for companionship. It is a gender non-specific sport that can be enjoyed casually or competitively, catering to all ages and skill levels. Whether you prefer a calm and relaxing game or a strategic and calculating challenge, croquet has something for everyone.

At the North Shore Croquet Club, several forms of the game are played. However, they all revolve around the concept of a race, where players use a mallet to guide their ball through a series of hoops before their opponent does.
