The membership includes a wide range of classes to suit different fitness goals, plus a custom gym programme tailored just for you.
For those keen on variety, the gym offers classes like circuits, mixed ability circuits, strength & conditioning, LBT (legs, bums, and tums), and even teen gym sessions. And if you're after a bit more personal attention, the platinum membership, available at £60 a month, includes all those classes and four half-hour personal training sessions.
The gym's open seven days a week – with weekday hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, fitting anyone's schedule.
