Emilio Sabbatini, a junior black belt, and black belts Paddy Sarson and Rob Underhill were awarded their belts on April 12, 2016. They’re standing proud in the photo with Michael Parfitt, head coach at Holt Taekwondo Club; Tony Underhill, head coach at Trunch Taekwondo Club; and Master Richard Cox, the chief examiner of North Norfolk Taekwondo Academy (NNTA).
NNTA's got your martial arts needs covered. Grab your dobok and join the action-packed Taekwondo sessions inspired by Korea. NNTA has been kicking around in Cromer since 1972 and welcomes everyone, no matter your skill level.
Training with NNTA means you're diving deep into a traditional form of Taekwondo that emphasises martial arts over sports. You’ll get fitter, learn self-defence, and have a blast doing it. They’ve got classes in Cromer, Holt, and Trunch to fit even the busiest schedules.
Guess what? No membership fees here—just pay as you train. Your fees cover student insurance, so you’re protected. Want to level up? Grading sessions are available: juniors pay £10, seniors (16+) £15.
Here's where to join the fun:
- Cromer: East Runton Village Hall, Tuesdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Attend a one or two-hour session starting at either 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm for just £4.
- Holt: Holt Youth Project, Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
- Trunch: Trunch Village Hall, Sundays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Same deal as Cromer—arrive at 10:00 am or 11:00 am for a one or two-hour workout, only £2.
NNTA is all about community. They make sure everyone feels safe and included while training. Check out the cool moments and achievements in their online gallery. They've got some rules to keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone.
