When she started Northern Heights in September 2022, her goal was clear: to make dance accessible and inclusive for all. She believes passionately in the power of movement not just to teach steps, but to build confidence, foster relationships, and spread joy. It's this holistic approach that makes Northern Heights stand out.

Northern Heights has a class for just about everyone, with group lessons starting as low as £3.50 for a 35-minute session. If you're looking for something more intensive, private tuition is available at £25 per hour, with a wide range of dance styles to dive into. The instructors are experienced and keen to provide personalised guidance to help you grow.

To add some fun to your life, Sophie and her team also organise dance parties. They are a great way to celebrate any special occasion or just have a good time with friends. Prices for parties start at £50 per hour, depending on the number of participants and the package chosen.
