She strongly believes in goal setting and building a positive mindset to achieve success. Jennifer offers a variety of classes and training options, including Barbell, Stroller Fitness, Parent & Me, Personal Training, Small Group Training, FitKids, and more.
Antonio, a Personal Trainer and Small Group Training instructor, brings 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds degrees in Kinesiology and Nutrition. He enjoys working with professional sports athletes and finds joy in helping clients reach their full potential. Ashley Morrison, also a Personal Training Specialist, is passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals and prioritize their health.
