St George Junior Dragontag is excited to announce the launch of a Non-Competitive Oztag division for the little ones aged 5 to 8! The club is all set to kick off this fun-filled program at Scarborough Park in Kogarah from October 2024 onwards.
This division is perfect for kids who are just starting out or those who want a more relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the game. With games scheduled weekly over a span of 8 weeks, players will have plenty of opportunities to practice their skills and get more hands-on experience with the ball on a smaller field.
In this division, the rules are a bit more flexible, and the referee is there to offer guidance and support throughout the game. Teams are encouraged to have 8-10 players each, creating a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone to have a go at Oztag. And the best part? No points are recorded, so it's all about having fun and learning the game.
For those youngsters who are keen for a bit more competition, there's always the option to join the Boys u8s Competitive division.
