The main focus of Noches De Salsa's lessons is on Cuban Salsa, but they also cover other popular dance styles such as Son, Bachata, Merengue, Kizomba, Cha Cha Cha, and La Rueda de Casino (the Cuban Wheel). After each lesson, there is dedicated time for social dancing, allowing students to practise their newly learned moves.
Noches De Salsa holds classes at various locations throughout the week. On Mondays, classes take place at Lytham Cricket Club on Church Rd, Lytham FY8 5QD. Beginners' classes run from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, followed by experienced classes from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Admission for each class is 5.
Tuesdays' classes are held at the United Reformed Church on Tithebarn Street, Poulton FY6 7AA. The class is suitable for all levels and starts at 8:00 pm. Admission is also 5.
Wednesday's class location is All Saints Church on North Drive, Anchorsholme FY5 3HT. This class also caters to all levels, running from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, with an admission fee of 5.
Noches De Salsa occasionally hosts special events, and their January Salsa Party will take place at The Wainwright Club on 173 Hornby Rd, Blackpool, FY1 4RD. The party will be held on Friday, 12th January 2024, from 8:15 pm to 11:55 pm. Attendees can expect a night of Afro-Latino excellence, with an ice breaker lesson by Wayne and Carol, and photography by Anna of Gater Snaps.
