Looking for a fun way to get fit and learn self-defence? Check out Nishikaigan Aikido Club in Swaffham, Norfolk. Founded in 2019 by Sensei Adam Prime, who has over 20 years of experience, Nishikaigan offers top-quality Aikido classes for everyone.
Sensei Prime’s wealth of knowledge makes each session enjoyable and rewarding. The club teaches the Iwama style of Aikido, covering techniques for both hand-to-hand and weapon training. Plus, as part of the British Takemusu Aikido Federation, they ensure top standards of training.
New to Aikido? No problem. You can start with a free introductory lesson. After that, regular classes are just £5 each—accessible and affordable. Testimonials from happy participants and other instructors highlight Sensei Prime’s excellent teaching.
Classes run every Monday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Swaffham Community Centre. Adults of any skill level are welcome, and detailed information on what to wear and class costs can be found in their FAQ section.
