To ensure a seamless and relaxing visit, Niramaya Day Spa recommends arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out a consultation form. This allows the therapist to understand your needs and start the treatment on time. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment or failure to show up will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
