You can also find her on Instagram and Facebook for updates and information about her yoga classes. Nina Romijn is a Vinyasa, Mandala, and Yin Yoga teacher based in Edinburgh. Since starting her yoga journey in 2013, Nina has found that yoga has had a profound impact on various aspects of her life. It has not only challenged her physically but has also allowed her to reflect on her mental and emotional patterns, as well as explore the philosophical aspects of the practise.
For Nina, yoga is more than just a physical exercise; it is a way of life that encourages waking up to reality and embracing all aspects of the self and life itself. She believes that yoga is not separate from the rest of life, but rather an integral part of it.
Nina has completed several teacher trainings, including a 200-hour training with MUDRA Yoga, Mandala Methodology with Dulce Aguilar, and Yin Yoga training with Demelza Feltham. Additionally, she continues to learn from teachers like Ty Landrum and is constantly finding inspiration and lessons in everyday experiences, such as cooking, spending time with loved ones, and immersing herself in nature.
As a yoga teacher, Nina aims to create a space for exploration, truth, and deep connexion. Her teaching style is not formal or dogmatic, but rather playful, encouraging, and curious. She invites her students to engage in conversations and work things out together, while also incorporating food-based metaphors into her classes.
If you're looking for a yoga instructor who is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga, Nina Vinyasa is the perfect choice. Connect with her to book a class and embark on your own yoga journey.
