NTT is spearheaded by Nina Turner, a highly experienced and certified fitness professional who has worked in prestigious health clubs in Africa, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, and Australia. With over 25 years of industry experience, Nina brings her wealth of knowledge to the NTT Tribe, constantly developing programmes and workouts to ensure clients achieve the desired changes in their bodies.
Nina is a fully certified Stott Pilates Reformer and Barre Instructor, as well as a trained Mat Work Instructor. Additionally, she holds certifications as an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Pro Personal Trainer and Health Coach. With her extensive background and dedication to her clients' success, Nina is excited to share her vision with the NTT community, both in-person when the doors of the studio open again, and virtually through NTT @ HOME.
