With over 20 years of experience in Pilates, she is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates Instructor, a Reformer Pilates Instructor from the Lisa B Academy, and holds various other certifications including Level 4 Advanced Classical Pilates, Level 3 Pilates for Bone Health, High Intensity Power (HIP) Pilates, and Level 3 Ante and Postnatal Pregnancy Pilates.
The studio offers a variety of classes, including Healthy Backs, Stretch and Restore, which focuses on lengthening and mobilising the spine at a slower pace. The classes aim to strengthen the core and support the spine while restoring both the mind and body.
