Our gym is equipped with a wide range of equipment, ensuring that you never have to wait to use your desired machine. We have different zones within the gym, including Group Fitness Studios, a Functional Training Zone, and a Ladies Only Workout Area, to cater to all your needs.

We understand that starting a fitness journey can be overwhelming, which is why we offer personalised assistance throughout your entire experience. Our qualified staff will work with you to understand where you are in your fitness journey, set achievable goals, and tailor an action plan that aligns with your preferences and capabilities. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, we have memberships and training options to suit your needs. We even have special student and master membership discounts available upon request.
Speaking of memberships, we offer different tiers to accommodate your preferences and commitments. Our Liberty membership is available for $28 per week, with no term commitment, a $99 joining fee, and additional perks such as a free access card and a one-month guest pass. The Empire membership, on the other hand, is $20 per week with a 12-month term commitment, a $49 joining fee, and all the additional benefits of the Liberty membership, including a free training session. Lastly, the Broadway membership costs $24 per week, with a 6-month term commitment, a $49 joining fee, and the same additional benefits as the other memberships.
