

Newborough Cricket Club is a friendly and inclusive cricket club located in the village of Newborough in Peterborough, Hunts. With big ambitions for the future, the club offers a range of opportunities for both experienced players and those who are new to the sport.
In 2022, the club's 1st XI will be playing in the prestigious South Lincs & Border League – premier Division, while the 2nd XI will compete in Division One of the same league. On Sundays, the 1st XI will participate in Rutland League Division 2, and the 2nd XI will be in Division 4 east. These Sunday matches serve as a platform to develop young talent and provide them with valuable experience in adult cricket.
Newborough Cricket Club also boasts a thriving junior section, catering to young cricketers aged between 9 and 15. The club fields teams in the u9, u11, u13, and u15 age groups. In 2016, the club's under 9 squad had the honour of being crowned Hunts County Champions.
