Love & Light Yoga with Natalie is excited to announce Nature, Yoga, Crafting & Community, a wonderful gathering that offers a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This event provides a space for individuals to disconnect from technology and simply be themselves, free from any expectations or responsibilities. The main focus of Nature, Yoga, Crafting & Community is to deepen participants' connection with Mother Nature, her cycles, and seasons.
Throughout the year, our Yoga club honours and celebrates the 8 ancient festivals of the land. From Winter Solstice to Samhain, each festival represents a significant turning point in the year and offers unique opportunities to work with tree and animal spirit guides, energies, and rituals. It's a truly magical experience!
During the gathering, participants can look forward to a variety of activities. We start by opening a sacred circle, creating a safe and sacred space for everyone to come together. Our Yoga flow sessions will help you move your body, while guided meditations will calm the mind and relax the soul. And what better way to reconnect with nature than by simply enjoying its peace and tranquility? We even offer wild foraged teas, because what's a gathering without a cup of tea? Plus, we'll have crafting and sharing sessions, allowing everyone to connect and bond with like-minded individuals.
As for the logistics, our Yoga events are held for each of the mentioned festivals throughout the year. We like to keep things interesting by using different venues, especially during the Summer months when we make the most of Staffordshire Moorlands' beautiful private outdoor spaces.
