Sharon's journey with yoga began in 2006 during her time in India, where she discovered the profound beauty and transformative power of this ancient practise. Since then, she has devoted herself to learning and sharing the wisdom of different yoga lineages, traditions, and teachings.

At My Yoga Seed, you can expect a wide range of classes, courses, and workshops designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of students. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, there is something for everyone. Sharon's offerings include drop-in classes in both Oldham and Manchester Yoga Central, fundamentals of yoga courses, one-to-one or small group classes, and specialist workshops such as restorative yoga.

In addition to yoga, My Yoga Seed also offers other wellness practises and collaborations, including Indian head massage treatments, GongHealing, Reiki Healing, and breathwork. Sharon's passion for aromatherapy and working with sacred oils infuses her offerings, creating a holistic and transformative experience.

Looking ahead to 2024, My Yoga Seed is excited to continue its journey of growth and expansion. New classes, such as a Hatha Yoga Class on Thursday nights, will be added to the schedule. The Monday night classes, which have become cherished community gatherings, will continue with the Fundamentals of Yoga course and the Slow Flow into Meditation class.

Furthermore, My Yoga Seed will host a series of inspiring workshops throughout the year. These workshops will cover various themes, including Deep Winter Wolf Moon, Tools of Yoga for Menopause, Blessed Ostara, Spring Awareness into Breathwork, and many more. These workshops provide an opportunity to delve deeper into specific aspects of yoga, expand your knowledge, and enhance your practise.
