Welcome to My Yoga Place, a yoga studio located at 70 Kyle Street in Ayr, KA7 1RZ. Whether you prefer in-person or online classes, we provide a safe, relaxed, and friendly environment for all members of our yoga and meditation community.

At My Yoga Place, we skilfully blend various Yoga traditions to create classes that focus on connecting mindful, dynamic movement, static postures, and conscious breath. This holistic approach to yoga not only improves physical well-being but also enhances mental well-being, self-confidence, strength, flexibility, and range of motion.

We believe that a regular yoga practise should support sustainable well-being, and our classes are designed with this principle in mind.
