My Sweet Love Yoga, located in Beckenham, is a nurturing and supportive yoga studio founded by Catherine Bellini, a passionate and experienced yoga instructor. With a focus on fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal yoga, My Sweet Love Yoga aims to guide individuals on their journey to parenthood through mindful movement.

Catherine, also known as Cat, has been practising yoga for over 13 years and has personally witnessed the transformative benefits it brings to both the body and mind. Her own experience with pregnancy yoga allowed her to slow down, connect with her body and baby, and find a new perspective within her regular practise. Inspired by this, Cat pursued her passion further and obtained her teacher training through LushTums.

Understanding the challenges of infertility and the trials of multiple rounds of IVF, Cat is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for those trying to conceive. Her mission is not only to support individuals during pregnancy but also to provide a supportive community for those navigating the journey towards parenthood.

My Sweet Love Yoga offers nourishing classes that explore mindful movement. These classes are designed to not only keep participants strong and healthy but also promote relaxation, ease ailments, and support individuals during infertility, pregnancy, and postnatal recovery. Cat's classes prioritise the importance of community, as she knows the value of connexion during fertility struggles, pregnancy, and parenthood.

The classes at My Sweet Love Yoga follow a three-part format: Breathe, Move, and Relax. Cat believes that by focusing on the breath, allowing the body to move, and encouraging the mind to relax, individuals can access a more balanced approach to life. Participants often leave feeling relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated.

My Sweet Love Yoga also offers various workshops and courses tailored to specific needs. These include a “3 Part Postnatal Series for Early Recovery,” “3 Part Yogic Breath & Golden Thread,” “Full Body Relaxation with Light Cleansing Breath,” and “Yoga Positions for Labour – Digital A6 Cards. ” Each of these offerings aims to provide valuable tools and techniques to support individuals during their unique journey towards parenthood.
