Mystic Bellydance, also known as the Suffolk Belly Dance Academy, offers belly dance classes in and around Woodbridge. Sessions focus on body mechanics, posture, muscle control and strength, fitness and chance choreography. The academy also supports performance opportunities for people who want to try performing and offers belly dance workshops and events. It is based in Mid Suffolk with classes across Woodbridge, Melton, Saxmundham, Framlingham, Kessingland and Lowestoft.
