At Mysore Breathing Room, we offer daily Mysore-style self-paced practise in a group setting, except on Mondays and moon days. Our weekday schedule includes Ashtanga and Mysore sessions in the morning and evening, with specific timings for beginners. On weekends, we offer Ashtanga and Mysore sessions in the morning, catering to practitioners of all levels. You can simply walk in at the stated timings to start your practise, and packages can be purchased after class.
In addition to our regular classes, we also host special events like the Chuck Miller 5-day Intensive workshop, where participants can deepen their understanding and practise of yoga under the guidance of a senior teacher. We also offer Mysore Breathing Room merchandise for purchase at the studio.
