Yoga with Caroline Brindle, the local Yoga club in Windsor, is excited to promote the Mummy and Baby Yoga event. This special class is designed to support new mothers in their post-birth recovery journey and create a bonding experience with their little ones. Whether you had a vaginal or caesarean birth, you're welcome to join this class. Just make sure to attend after your 6-week check-up or once your scar has fully healed, which is typically around 8–10 weeks.
The Mummy and Baby Yoga class takes place at the Clewer Parish Hall, nestled at 39 Parsonage Ln, Clewer, Windsor SL4 5EW. Please note that the courses are conducted during term time only. You have the flexible option of attending either on Tuesday from 11am to 12.30pm or Wednesday from 10am to 11.30am. It's essential to reserve your spot in advance, but in case there's space available, drop-ins are also welcomed.
We also have something extra special for those interested in learning baby massage techniques. As part of the course, baby massage is incorporated. If you'd like to delve deeper into the art of baby massage, we offer standalone classes as well. Simply get in touch with us for more information.
For the upcoming January/February 2024 course, the Tuesday sessions are scheduled on the 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th of January, as well as the 6th and 13th of February. On the other hand, the Wednesday course dates are the 10th, 17th, and 24th of January, followed by the 31st of January and the 7th and 14th of February.
For those who might not be able to commit to the full course, we offer the option of drop-in classes. You can simply book a single class and join us when it suits your schedule.
Looking ahead, here are the course dates for the Tuesday sessions in 2024: 9th of January to the 13th of February, 20th of February to the 26th of March, 16th of April to the 21st of May, 4th of June to the 9th of July, 17th of September to the 22nd of October, and 5th of November to the 10th of December. As for the Wednesday sessions, the course dates are 10th of January to the 14th of February, 21st of February to the 27th of March, 17th of April to the 22nd of May, 5th of June to the 10th of July, 18th of September to the 23rd of October, and 6th of November to the 11th of December.
Above all, this class places great emphasis on pelvic floor awareness, helping participants move, strengthen, release, and connect while sharing their experiences. We believe in providing a safe and supportive environment for all mothers and their babies.
