Alexa Dean Doula Pregnancy Postnatal Yoga & Massage offers a delightful Mum & Baby Yoga class in London. This class is ideal for new mums and their babies, providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can enjoy the benefits of yoga together. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, these sessions are designed to help mums ease back into their yoga routine after giving birth.
The Mum & Baby Yoga classes are open to all new mums and babies from 6 weeks after birth. It's a wonderful opportunity for mums to connect with their little ones while engaging in gentle movement and exercises. During the class, babies are more than welcome to join in the fun or simply watch, sleep, feed, or play. Alexa, our incredible yoga teacher, will guide you through the sessions with her warm and caring energy.
You can find the Mum & Baby Yoga classes at The Life Centre in the vibrant neighbourhood of Notting Hill. Every Tuesday, mums gather for a 90-minute session filled with relaxation, rejuvenation, and bonding with their babies. If you prefer a more personalised experience, private classes are also available. Alexa can bring the postnatal yoga sessions right to your doorstep, ensuring comfort and convenience for you and your baby.
For the private classes, we offer flexible pricing options. You can choose from 1 session for £130, 3 sessions for £360, or 6 sessions for £660. Payment is due on the first session, and you can pay either by cash or bank transfer. Please note that pre-paid sessions must be used within 3 months and are non-refundable, although they can be transferred to someone else. We understand that sometimes schedules can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule an appointment, you can do so without any additional charge. Just keep in mind that providing as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated.
