Paradise Clinic, a Yoga club in Inverurie, is excited to promote their Mum and Baby Yoga event. This special class is specifically designed for mothers and their babies, providing a nurturing and calming environment for both.
During the class, the skilled instructor at Paradise Clinic focuses on the mothers, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed. They do not physically touch or demonstrate moves on the babies. However, Baby Yoga is known to have numerous benefits for the little ones. It aims to calm fussy babies and promote deep sleep. In addition, Baby Yoga can help alleviate issues such as colic, constipation, and reflux.
Paradise Clinic offers one-to-one sessions for babies as young as 3 weeks old, allowing individual attention and customisation. If you are unable to attend the scheduled classes, you have the flexibility to arrange a session at a time that suits your busy routine.
You can find two Baby Yoga classes a week at Paradise Clinic. The first is held in Aberdeen on Wednesday mornings, and the second in Kemnay on Tuesday mornings. These classes are recommended for babies who are around 6–8 weeks old and have received their immunisations.
If you choose to attend the Tuesday class in Kemnay, you'll enjoy an extended session of 90 minutes. This class also includes Post Natal Yoga, focusing on recharging and restoring core strength for mothers.
The cost for these classes is £14 for a drop-in session or £80 for a block of 8 classes, providing excellent value for money.
Additionally, Paradise Clinic offers a Mum and Baby Yoga class at the Academy of Expressive Arts in Aberdeen on Wednesday mornings. These classes also incorporate Post Natal Yoga and are suitable for mothers who are around 6 weeks post-birth. They aim to recharge and restore core strength while engaging in activities that promote better sleep, digestion, and brain development in babies. The class even includes sessions on Baby Sensory, Baby Signing, and Baby Reflexology, ensuring a holistic experience for both mother and child.
After the class, you can join the Bumps and Bairns Lunch Club for some well-deserved refreshments and socialising.
For those interested in continuing their Yoga journey beyond the Mum and Baby classes, Paradise Clinic offers a DRU YOGA class at Kemnay Church Centre on Mondays at 8pm. Our dedicated instructor, Melanie, is trained in Baby Yoga moves and has taken over the classes from the esteemed Judy Cameron.
Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to bond with your baby and experience the numerous benefits of Mum and Baby Yoga. Sign up today and embark on a journey of relaxation, restoration, and connection at Paradise Clinic.
