Owned and operated by Kathryn, a qualified Yoga Teacher, Well Womb Women Yoga Specialist, Reflexologist, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Reiki Master/Teacher. With her extensive training in India, Kathryn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Muladhara Studio.
At Muladhara Studio, we offer a variety of yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, we have classes that cater to all levels. Our aim is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can explore the benefits of yoga.

Recently, Kathryn's husband, Rob, joined the Muladhara Studio team as a Sports Massage Therapist. With his expertise in sports massage, Rob provides additional services that complement our yoga offerings. He has been a supportive presence in the background, and we are delighted to have him officially on board.
Kathryn's personal journey with yoga began over 10 years ago, and it became her true passion in 2018 while dealing with anxiety and a health condition called Endometriosis. Yoga helped her find balance, strength, and mindfulness, and she decided to pursue a career as a Yoga Teacher. Her training in India was a transformative experience, and she is eager to share her love for yoga with others.
In addition to yoga, Kathryn has expanded her holistic journey by becoming a certified Reiki practitioner and completing a reflexology diploma. Reiki has played a significant role in her personal healing, and she finds working with the feet in reflexology to be fascinating and transformative. Kathryn has also embarked on a Womb Healing journey through Real Flow Yoga, focusing on women's health and well-being.
At Muladhara Studio, we prioritise individualised journeys and encourage each yogi to find what works best for them. Kathryn believes in listening to your body and honouring its wisdom. Through teaching yoga, she has gained profound insights into the unique needs of each student.
