Introducing you to the Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage.
Welcome to Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage, located in London. With over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality professional training for both beginners and advanced students in the art of traditional Thai Yoga Massage. Our courses not only focus on the precise bodywork practise but also the spiritual aspects of Thai Yoga Massage, providing a profound and rewarding personal experience.
Rooted in the Buddhist tradition, Thai Yoga Massage is a powerful therapy for the body, mind, and spirit. It combines acupressure with applied yoga stretching, making it as much a meditation in action as a healing practise. By touching one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything, as said by Thich Nhat Hanh.
At Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage, we have several upcoming events and courses for you to choose from. Our Beginner & Advanced Retreat with Ralf Marzen in Thailand will take place from 8-19 February 2024, offering an intensive 11-day experience. For those looking to train as practitioners, we have the Practitioner Training with Ralf Marzen and Dave Hoyle in London on various dates, including 8-10 March 2024, 12-14 April 2024, 10-12 May 2024, and 7-9 June 2024. The examination day will be announced later.
Additionally, we have the Thai Yoga Massage In Motion with Dave Hoyle in London, as well as a course on Using Feet in Thai Yoga Massage, with dates to be determined.

The name “Mudita” comes from Pali, the language of the Buddha, and means “sympathetic joy” or the ability to rejoice in the happiness of others. Along with Metta (goodwill), Karuna (compassion), and Upekkha (equanimity), Mudita is one of the four Brahma-Viharas, which are the highest emotions and natural qualities of an awakened heart.
You can find us at the Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage within the Stillpoint Centre for Wellbeing, located at 18 Devonshire Row, London EC2M 4RH. We also have training courses available in Austria, Thailand, and Paris.
If you are looking for an unforgettable and life-changing experience, we invite you to join us at Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage. This beautiful location is surrounded by pristine natural beauty, stillness, and peace. Imagine waking up to the sounds of gibbons and birds, going for a kayak ride on the lake, and practising meditation and yoga in our floating Sala.
During the retreat, you will spend the majority of your days immersed in 6 hours of Thai Yoga Massage instruction and practise. The serene environment provides the ideal setting for focused learning and relaxation. In the evenings, you can relax, engage in conversations, practise chanting, or stargaze. Participating in our Thailand Retreat is an unforgettable experience that often leads to life-changing transformations. The magic of “the lake” at JungleYoga and the unspoiled beauty of the surrounding jungle, filled with diverse wildlife, including monkeys, tropical birds, monitor lizards, eagles, and even elephants and tigers, make it a truly unique location.
