Move with Nina is a Pilates studio and personal training service in Toronto, founded by Nina Shirazi, a highly experienced Body Harmonics Pilates and movement teacher. Nina is also a certified CanfitPro personal trainer, with a deep passion for helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being through movement.

Nina also teaches group classes at Body Harmonics and the North York Senior Centre, as well as a weekly live online Pilates class for all levels on Zoom.
