Kindall's journey with Gyrotonic began in 2006 when she trained at Alonzo King's LINES Ballet BFA Programme. Gaining certification under Master Trainer Lisa Marie Goodwin, she piled on expertise with an M.A. in Dance from London Contemporary Dance School and a P.G. Diploma in Dance Science from Trinity Laban Conservatoire.

Since 2011, Kindall's been a familiar face in London’s fitness studios, including Kinesis Studios and NY Pilates. By 2015, she launched her own studio in Hackney, offering personalised group and private classes.

Kindall’s home studio and Triyoga Camden host private Gyrotonic sessions using specialised equipment to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and strength safely. Gyrokinesis classes start seated, focusing on alignment and full-body movement before moving onto floor and standing sequences.
