Amanda Durham, the studio founder, holds a Diploma in Clinical Pilates, as well as certifications in Pilates, Fitness, and Allied Health Assistance. With over 35 years of experience as a registered nurse, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her Pilates teaching practise. Her initial certification was with STOTT Pilates, and she is inspired by the legacy of Joseph Pilates, aiming to provide energy, health, and vitality to her clients through movement. Amanda has also studied through Breathe Education, an Australian-based institution that offers nationally accredited Pilates courses based on current science and data.
Jacqueline Kelley, an instructor at Move to Balance, holds a Diploma in Clinical Pilates and certifications in Pilates. With a background in customer service from working in a local pharmacy, Jacqueline is familiar with various health conditions and issues. Her own experience with Pilates led her to pursue further education and complete certifications with Breathe Education. She recently achieved her diploma in Clinical Pilates and is passionate about the transformative benefits of Pilates.
