James is a certified personal trainer with 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He works at Fitness First Tottenham Court Road and is passionate about helping his clients move well and be strong. With a background in sports and a dedication to his own fitness, James understands the importance of keeping the body healthy and well-balanced.
James's main goal is to help clients feel better than when they first walked through the door. He prioritises pain-free movement, athletic development, and reaching individual fitness goals. James is a level 3 personal trainer and an advanced functional trainer with qualifications in kettlebell and Bulgarian bag training. He holds a Sports Science National diploma and has qualifications in nutrition.
Additionally, James is a CHEK institute level 2 practitioner and a holistic lifestyle coach. He believes in taking an integrated approach to training to achieve optimal results, whether it be for physique and performance goals or injury prevention goals.
