Areas of fitness and the classes are well-structured and challenging. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, with top-of-the-line equipment. I always feel welcomed and supported by the coaches and other members of the community. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Movement HQ has something for everyone.
