Founded by Joanne, a seasoned professional with a BA in Musical Theatre from The Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, the group offers dynamic classes in Yoga and Performing Arts designed to spark creativity and energetic expression.

Joanne's rich experience includes performances at top-tier venues like The National Theatre and The Arts Theatre. With nine years of teaching under her belt and qualifications in Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness, she aims to share her vibrant passion for life.

Joining forces with Sam, who holds a First Class BA Hons in Musical Theatre from The Guildford School of Acting, they form a powerhouse duo. Sam has performed globally, recently taking on the role of Jerry Travers in Top Hat The Musical. With over 13 years of teaching experience, he leverages his time at Pineapple Studios in Covent Garden to inspire authenticity and confidence in his students.
