The team at MOVE includes experienced and dedicated coaches such as Registered Kinesiologist Bethany, Group Coach and Personal Trainer Barbara, Holistic Nutritionist Monica, and Group Coach and Personal Trainer Laura. They work together to provide top-notch fitness coaching and support to all members of the club.
