M O V E is a Yoga studio in Lethbridge, offering group and one-on-one classes taught by certified Yoga and ELDOA Instructor, Carmen Letourneau. The studio focuses on helping individuals nourish their myofascial system through a range of classes to help you #movebetter and #playbetter.
The ELDOA exercises and Myofascial Stretches offered at M O V E are specific techniques created by renowned osteopath, Guy VOYER DO. Carmen Letourneau, the certified ELDOA Instructor at M O V E, combines these techniques in semi-private group classes to help individuals improve their movement patterns.
Carmen Letourneau, BA, has been teaching Yoga since 2006 and became a certified ELDOA instructor in 2019. She holds regular small group classes at the M O V E studio, as well as individual sessions in Yoga and ELDOA. Carmen also offers Myofascial Therapy sessions and consultations to help individuals, including musicians, athletes, and individuals with desk jobs or sedentary lifestyles, to #movebetter.
