Mountain Bike Ashburton, a popular cycling club in Ashburton also known as the Mid-Canterbury Mountain Bike Club, is an active group of local riders dedicated to caring for and improving an impressive 11.5 km cross-country riverside loop and skills park situated right in the heart of Ashburton.

Nominations for the prestigious Life Membership can be submitted in writing to the club's secretary at least two months prior to the Annual General Meeting. To be eligible for this esteemed status, the nominated person must have been a member of the club for at least five years and have truly made a remarkable impact.
