

Welcome to Moss Vale Yoga + Pilates, a stunning light-filled studio located in the heart of Moss Vale, Southern Highlands NSW. Our studio offers a variety of mindful movement options, including Hatha Yoga classes, Yin Yoga classes, small group reformer Pilates, and private/semi-private Pilates sessions.
Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and are designed to help you find that elusive connexion between mind and body. Each class includes movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation (savasana). Our traditional style of yoga will have you floating like a cloud and can improve balance, concentration, and digestion. Yoga is a fantastic complement to other physical activities and is suitable for those in good health with minimal injuries.
Pregnant ladies are welcome after the first trimester with GP clearance.
Our Yin Yoga classes, held on Wednesday evenings, offer low, slow movements that target connective tissue and fascia. These classes take your joints through a full range of motion, improving their mobility. Regular practise can enhance balance, concentration, and digestion. Yin Yoga is suitable for those in good health and fairly injury-free.
In our small group reformer Pilates classes, limited to four clients, you can enjoy the fun of a group setting while receiving careful guidance. These classes offer a dynamic full body workout in the classic style, focusing on thoughtful alignment to improve strength and flexibility. Improve your posture, connect with your breath, and discover the power of core strength. Group reformer classes are a great addition to your wellness regime and are suitable for those who are fairly injury-free and able to participate in a group exercise class.
Pregnant ladies may join this class in their first trimester with clearance from their GP.
Our private/semi-private Pilates sessions are tailored to your body's needs on the day. Whether you prefer a private setting or have specific goals such as back pain, pelvic stability, balance and recovery, pre or postnatal fitness, or training enhancement, these sessions are perfect for you. During these sessions, we incorporate all the equipment available in our studio, such as small apparatus, reformer, exo chair, cadillac, and spine corrector. Think of it as personal training, Pilates style!
Begin with an initial consultation where we work together to determine your goals, and then continue in a private setting or as a duo/trio.
