Attending the Gong Bath session requires no prior experience. Simply bring yourself and maybe some cosy socks, a blanket, and a pillow to ensure your comfort during the more than an hour-long session. It is important to note that the Gong Bath does not involve any movement; instead, it serves as a powerful meditation practice.
The gong acts as a gateway to heightened states of awareness and consciousness. It not only helps reduce stress but also stimulates the glandular system and aids in breaking up emotional blockages. The vibrations of this instrument have the ability to boost your mental capacities and energy levels, leaving you feeling revitalised and at peace.
Please make sure to arrive no later than 3pm for the start time of the Gong Bath. However, it is significant to mention that this particular session is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, suffer from severe tinnitus, have a pacemaker, or have schizophrenia or severe mental health issues. Additionally, participants who have recently used recreational drugs should refrain from attending.
