Tracey's approach to wellness involves a combination of reflexology, Reiki, and colour therapy. She works intuitively to respond to each individual's energy field, incorporating colour into her treatments through visualization, colour breathing, and sending colour through her hands to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. With over seven years of experience working in long term care settings, Tracey has honed her skills in creating environments conducive to healing and wellness.

In addition to her hands-on treatments, Tracey also offers Vinyasa Yoga classes at Monarch Wellness & Yoga Services. These classes are beginner-friendly and are available as private sessions by appointment. Tracey believes that the mind plays a crucial role in healing the body, and her yoga classes focus on the mind-body connection to promote overall wellness.

Monarch's yoga classes are currently offered on Wednesday mornings, with limited space available. Private yoga sessions can be booked in advance by contacting Tracey directly.
