By incorporating Yoga and Barre exercises, participants can work on their posture, stabilizer muscles, and body balance. The class uses resistance Thera bands, Bender balls, and light hand weights to amp up the workout.
Make sure to bring your yoga mat, 2 to 5 pound hand weights, grippy barre socks or indoor shoes, and a baby carrier. The studio provides the balls and Thera bands for the class.
