Inspired by the principles of Krav Maga, our self-defence school offers powerful striking techniques that are practical, efficient, and tailored specifically for real-life self-defence scenarios. We are dedicated to providing you with the best, no-nonsense, and most effective striking tips, tricks, and tutorials for self-defence.
At MMA Krav Maga Seaford, we believe in the importance of good judgement and awareness to avoid conflict altogether. However, there are times when we may need to fight back. That's why we are here to share wisdom that will enlighten and empower you. We believe that joining a self-defence class or full contact sport will not only help you physically but also mentally.

MMA Krav Maga Seaford, founded by Ricky Manetta, combines real-time Krav Maga training with MMA techniques and fighting drills. Krav Maga is known for its effectiveness on the street due to the absence of rules when fighting for your life. KM utilises strikes and blows that are generally outlawed in sports and competition for maximum effect. Our focus is on teaching realistic self-defence against attacks that may occur in social settings such as pubs, clubs, bars, as well as in the streets and outdoor environments.
We aim to empower you to defend yourself to the extreme.
Paul, who has been training MMA Krav Maga under Ricky Manetta since 2013, is an experienced instructor. He has conducted self-defence workshops in Cape Town, South Africa, and currently runs regular classes in the Essex and East Sussex areas. In addition to adult classes, Paul also offers children's self-defence classes, bootcamps, and women-only self-defence groups.
