We are offering mixed ability Hatha yoga classes that are suitable for individuals of all physical abilities and levels of experience in yoga. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, these classes are designed to meet your needs.
But wait, there's more! We have also added a Gentle Yoga class to our schedule. This class offers a slower-paced form of Hatha yoga, focusing on deep stretching and deep breath work. It's perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed and gentle practice.
Our classes provide a mindful and uplifting practice that enhances flexibility, concentration, and detoxification of the vital organs. We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, so our instructor guides each student to find their comfortable position in each pose, in harmony with their body and their present state.
Not only will you experience the physical benefits of yoga, but our classes also emphasise the importance of breath techniques (pranayama). These techniques are often taught during the class, helping you to connect with your breath and find a sense of calm.
