In addition to our pole fitness classes, we also offer aerial fitness classes that include hoop, silks, and trapeze. Our experienced instructors guide students through these classes in a safe and encouraging environment, allowing them to gracefully manoeuvre through the air. These classes are a great way to challenge yourself both mentally and physically.
For those looking for a more playful and flirty style of dance, we offer Burlesque and Exotic classes. These classes help boost self-confidence and allow students to strut their stuff with va-va-voom and flair. It's a fun and empowering experience that leaves students feeling more confident in their own skin.
At Mission Studios, we also have classes specifically designed for kids and teens. Our Aerial and Dance academy welcomes young individuals who have the opportunity to grade in aerial skills and showcase their new talents in our youngsters academy showcases. It's a great way for young ones to explore their creativity and build strength and confidence.
We understand that variety is important, so we offer a range of other dance and fitness classes alongside our main offerings. Each week, we mix it up and provide different sessions to keep things exciting and give our students a chance to try something new. We also host monthly workshops to further enhance our students' fitness journeys.
Our team at Mission Studios is made up of passionate and talented instructors. Sarah B specialises in pole fitness, high-level pole tricks, Russian exotic, and aerial hoop. She is based in Mansfield and Chesterfield and loves supporting others on their pole journeys. Stacey is another valuable member of our team, with expertise in pole fitness, aerial fitness, exotic dance, and coaching kids.
She is based in Alfreton and brings her love for dance and fitness to all her classes.
