Who we are.
At T. E. A. M.
Fitness Centre, we believe that working out should be a fun and enjoyable experience. Our not-for-profit fitness club is designed for people who want to improve their fitness in a friendly and supportive environment. We understand that everyone has different fitness goals, which is why we offer a wide range of classes and activities to suit all levels of fitness. Our class leaders are not formally qualified, but they have a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through their own personal training journeys.
We are passionate about helping people achieve their goals and will provide you with the encouragement and support you need to reach your full potential. However, it's important to note that if you have any medical conditions, you should seek advice from your GP before starting any exercise programme. At T. E.

What we do.
Our sessions are HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) based. We have 5 class leaders, offering a good range of body weight and equipment-based exercises, which provides great variety for our members. No two sessions are the same, and we welcome all feedback to keep T. Fitness a great fitness group.
Our sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of their abilities, age, size, or gender.
We also hold classes on most Bank Holidays.
Pricing.
Here at T. Fitness, we keep things simple and transparent. We don't believe in complicated pricing plans, contracts, peak/off-peak days/times, joining fees, or charging for upfront blocks.

Our Pay Monthly option can cost as little as 1. 41 per session if you attend 3 sessions a week. We have 5 sessions a week available, and you are free to book onto whichever sessions you want, without the need to commit to the same days each week. This works great for people who work shifts.
Plus, your first session is completely free, so you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain!
