With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, Miriam is a holistic fitness well-being trainer, motivational coach, and life coach for both individuals and group training sessions. She has worked with individuals of all age categories, from beginners to athletes, and has expertise in training special populations.
As an Aerobic instructor, Miriam is also a coach for various fitness programmes such as TRX, Kettlebell, Circuit training, Indoor cycling, and BOSU fitness. Her diverse skill set allows her to tailor training programmes to suit the unique needs and goals of each client. Additionally, Miriam is an avid participant in Spartan Races and other OCRs (Obstacle Course Races), having placed 3rd in the Spartan Ultra Beast in her age category in 2019.
